Job Description:Welcome guests with warmth and professionalismPerform check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures efficientlyManage guest accounts, billing, and payments with accuracyProvide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsCoordinate with other departments to meet guest needs (e.g., housekeeping, concierge)Handle guest feedback, complaints, or emergencies with empathy and discretionMaintain front desk security and confidential guest informationMonitor lobby cleanliness and presentationSupport guest arrivals and departures including luggage assistanceUpsell rooms and services based on guest preferences and availability Desired Skill & Expertise:Fluency in Russian is essential; English proficiency is preferredPrevious experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatoryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for customer service and teamworkHigh standards of personal grooming and hygieneWillingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmentFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
