ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a talented Civil Structural Engineer with a strong background in villas construction supervision to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.We envisage success in this role to include:Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure that project expectations and contractual requirements are consistently met.Oversee the delivery of Design and Construction Management services throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Lead and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.Manage the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules, covering procurement, planning, design, and construction phases.Conduct detailed structural calculations, simulations, and peer reviews to validate design integrity and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and coordination of structural systems.Support construction teams by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and addressing design-related challenges during execution.Participate in cost estimation and value engineering exercises, identifying cost-effective solutions while upholding structural safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to present design solutions, manage expectations, and address any project-related concerns.QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.Proven hands-on experience in large-scale villas projects within the UAE is a key requirement.KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
