- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas
- Demonstrate menu knowledge to provide recommendations and address dietary requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety, and food safety standards

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
