Job Description:Reports To: General ManagerAbout the ClientA leading distributor and solutions provider in the professional electronics and AV ecosystem, serving both B2B and B2C markets. The company specializes in high-end audio-visual equipment, photography and videography gear, and consumer technology products. They offer end-to-end solutions including distribution, retail, e-commerce, and technical support services across the region. With a strong presence in major industry events and retail channels, they are positioned as a premium and trusted brand partner.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Manage budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns
  • Build quarterly marketing calendars (CABSAT, GITEX, Ramadan, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Optimize e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Noon)
  • Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with KPI tracking
  • Implement CRM strategies for retention and LTV
  • Track analytics and performance metrics
Brand & Communications
  • Maintain brand identity and messaging
  • Manage partner brand collaborations
  • Oversee marketing collateral (catalogs, videos, presentations)
  • Drive PR and media outreach
  • Position brand at industry events
Events & Activations
  • Lead trade show participation (CABSAT, GITEX, BroadcastAsia)
  • Execute in-store activations and product demos
  • Align with sales for lead generation
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and ROI
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor marketing team (3-5 members)
  • Set KPIs and reporting cadence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Ops)
  • Manage agencies and vendors
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards and track ROI
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports
  • Optimize campaigns using data insights
Requirements:Requirements
  • 5+ years marketing experience (3+ years leadership)
  • Industry: Electronics / AV / Consumer Tech / Photo-Video
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, Ads, CRM)
  • E-commerce: Amazon, Noon, Shopify/WooCommerce
  • Tools: Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Meta Suite
  • Creative tools: Adobe / Canva / Video editing
  • Bachelor's (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent English (Arabic advantage)
  • Strong UAE market understanding
