Fitness Instructor - Accor - Dubai, UAE

• Ensure all guest interactions at fitness and gym areas meet or exceed resort operating standards
• Maintain the highest levels of health and safety for guests and employees at all times
• Coordinate and facilitate sports, fitness, and recreational activities
• Engage guests with friendly, professional communication and promote healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver fitness events, themed programs, and wellness initiatives
• Contribute ideas for new activities that enhance guest participation and experience
• Conduct inventory checks of fitness equipment in line with audit and cost-control standards
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all departmental safety procedures
• Ensure all fitness and gym equipment is maintained in proper working condition
• Inspect, clean, sanitize, and maintain fitness areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety

• Internationally recognized personal training certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness
• Ability to motivate and engage guests of all ages through positive instruction
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety
