OverviewWe are supporting a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi on the search for a Vice President – Talent Digital Transformation.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the digital strategy, integration, and optimisation of HR (People & Culture) technology platforms, ensuring they are aligned to business objectives and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.You will act as the key bridge between HR and Technology, shaping the future of digital HR through automation, data, and AI-led initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesP&C Technology Leadership & Transformation:
  • Define and lead the strategy, integration, and management of core HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Drive digital transformation across the HR lifecycle, including automation and self-service capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through AI, dashboards, and digital tools
  • Own vendor selection, management, and platform optimisation
  • Track and measure transformation success through KPIs (adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with Technology, Digital, and Data teams to align HR systems with enterprise architecture
  • Work with analytics teams to ensure clean, structured, and actionable data
  • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Champion adoption of digital tools across HR and wider business functions
Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years’ experience in technology / systems management
  • Minimum 5 years within HR technology or digital transformation roles
  • Proven experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Strong track record in HR process digitisation and transformation initiatives
  • Experience working closely with IT / Digital teams in large-scale environments
Skills & Profile:
  • Deep understanding of HR technology ecosystems and integrations
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Experience within large or fast-growing organisations is highly advantageous
