- Define and lead the strategy, integration, and management of core HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Drive digital transformation across the HR lifecycle, including automation and self-service capabilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through AI, dashboards, and digital tools
- Own vendor selection, management, and platform optimisation
- Track and measure transformation success through KPIs (adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction)
- Partner closely with Technology, Digital, and Data teams to align HR systems with enterprise architecture
- Work with analytics teams to ensure clean, structured, and actionable data
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Champion adoption of digital tools across HR and wider business functions
- 10+ years’ experience in technology / systems management
- Minimum 5 years within HR technology or digital transformation roles
- Proven experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Strong track record in HR process digitisation and transformation initiatives
- Experience working closely with IT / Digital teams in large-scale environments
- Deep understanding of HR technology ecosystems and integrations
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience within large or fast-growing organisations is highly advantageous
