Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Oversee financial reporting processes, delivering timely and precise reports to stakeholders.Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance operations team.Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.ProfileA successful Finance Operations Lead should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.Experience managing transactional finance teamsProven expertise in accounting and financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in leading and mentoring a finance team is advantageous.Job Offer
