- Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to bridge design teams
- Advise on complex structural engineering challenges and recommend solutions
- Review design approaches and ensure compliance with international standards
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen technical capabilities
- Collaborate with project leadership to develop engineering procedures and best practices
- Participate in client meetings and present technical recommendations
- Support design optimization and value engineering initiatives
- Ensure adherence to codes such as AASHTO LRFD and Eurocode
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design methodologies and processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is strongly preferred
- Minimum 25 years of experience in bridge and highway structure design and construction
- Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects internationally
- Strong expertise in structural design codes and engineering standards
- Proven ability to mentor teams and provide high-level technical leadership
