- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR systems
- Participate in case conferences, peer reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with DHA regulations and clinical governance protocols
- Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
- Consultant-level certification such as UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent
- Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in adult psychiatry
- DHA eligibility or willingness to obtain licensure in Dubai
- Strong ability to work in multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity
