With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.A little taste of your day-to-day:Your role will include but not be limited to:

Ensure all hotel equipment, building systems, and assets are kept in good working condition to minimize breakdowns and maintain high performance.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks for guest rooms and common areas based on schedules provided by the supervisor. This includes basic repairs for interior fixtures, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical components.
Carry a work phone and promptly respond to maintenance requests from various departments throughout the day.
Immediately report any misuse or damage to hotel equipment or assets to the Supervisor or Shift Leader.
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical plant rooms to ensure cleanliness and proper operation.
Complete daily maintenance reports, detailing all tasks performed and spare parts used.
Maintain an organized logbook and carry out routine checks of apartments and mechanical rooms.
Assist other team members when needed and be flexible to support smooth and safe project completion.
Always follow proper engineering procedures and safety standards during all maintenance work.
Support and implement energy-saving initiatives within the hotel.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Proven knowledge in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment
Must be able to operate BMS.
Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent health and safety knowledge.
