The Resort Manager position at Atlantis Resorts Dubai is responsible for overseeing front services to the highest standards, driving guest satisfaction, sales performance, and repeat business while building and leading a motivated, informed, and high-performing team.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure front services operate to five-star standards for guests and colleagues
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a highly engaged front services team
  • Act as an ambassador for the resort with impeccable presentation and professionalism
  • Drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and repeat business
  • Maximize sales opportunities and add-on services across front operations
  • Ensure efficient utilization of service providers and operational resources
  • Maintain immaculate setup and presentation of all front services areas
  • Manage quality assurance, conflict resolution, and guest recovery when required
  • Monitor top-line and bottom-line performance and support revenue growth
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence across operations
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a senior operator in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume front services operations
  • Excellent guest engagement and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Passion for team development, service excellence, and luxury hospitality standards
