- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques across multiple cuisines
- Experience in recipe creation, menu development, and food costing
- Proven leadership experience managing large, multicultural teams
- Experience within 5-star hotel catering or equivalent environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills
- Creative mindset with an innovative approach
- Excellent organizational, training, and communication skills – fluent in English language
