This role is designed to develop technical and commercial capabilities in elevator systems, supporting both sales engineering and customer engagement activities. It plays a key role in identifying business opportunities, assisting in solution design, and building long-term customer relationships in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of elevator products including HITACHI and BLT systems
  • Support sales activities by identifying potential clients and developing new opportunities
  • Conduct site surveys to assess requirements for elevator replacement or upgrades
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and product documentation for customers
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Process customer inquiries using CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up
  • Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and post-tender discussions
  • Monitor sales opportunities and maintain reports using internal tools
  • Coordinate with technical teams to review drawings and submissions before client delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or final year student
  • Strong interest in sales engineering and technical solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to visit client sites and engage in field activities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development
