- Welcome guests warmly to all hotel restaurants, lounges, and bars.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide personalised service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality luxury service throughout their F&B experience.
- Assist with reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements in restaurants and lounges.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers, hosts, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support quality control of food presentation and service standards.
- Participate in events, banquets, and special dining experiences when required.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and 5-star service etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support service recovery and promptly resolve guest complaints.
- Contribute to team training, development, and service improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in F&B guest service, food & beverage operations, or a related hospitality role in a luxury 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
