  • Welcome guests warmly to all hotel restaurants, lounges, and bars.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide personalised service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality luxury service throughout their F&B experience.
Food & Beverage Operations
  • Assist with reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements in restaurants and lounges.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers, hosts, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support quality control of food presentation and service standards.
  • Participate in events, banquets, and special dining experiences when required.
Service Quality & Compliance
  • Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and 5-star service etiquette.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support service recovery and promptly resolve guest complaints.
  • Contribute to team training, development, and service improvement initiatives.
Minimum RequirementsCandidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in F&B guest service, food & beverage operations, or a related hospitality role in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
