This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. It involves overseeing daily store activities, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with retail policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store sales targets through effective team coordination and performance monitoring
- Assist in staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and high customer service levels
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Oversee after-sales processes including returns and repairs, ensuring adherence to guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor pricing accuracy and promotional activities across the store
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve product performance
- Handle daily sales reporting, invoicing, and coordination with finance teams
- Manage store operations including cash handling, inventory control, and stock movements
- Ensure loss prevention measures are implemented and followed
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards at all times
- Supervise cashier duties when required and support front-end operations
- Set performance goals and KPIs for team members and monitor progress
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to develop team capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
- Identify development needs and support employee growth within the team
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 4 to 5 years of retail experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
