- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive WSHE work plans across construction sites
- Coordinate and drive workplace safety and health programme initiatives
- Conduct MSRA reviews and recommend effective risk mitigation measures
- Perform regular site inspections and monitor implementation of safety improvements
- Prepare monthly WSHE reports including data analysis and safety statistics for management
- Ensure full compliance with statutory safety and environmental regulations
- Lead and mentor site safety teams to promote strong safety culture
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage audit requirements
- Support additional safety and compliance duties as assigned
- Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects
- Proven recent experience in site safety management within main contractor environments
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and construction safety standards
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work effectively in dynamic site environments
