- Liaising with vessel manager to ensure adequate crews are planned to operate vessels.
- Maintaining accurate crewing records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Confident in coordinating and running interviews and assessments.
- Develop and implement crew training programs; you will ensure all crews are competent and up to date with the latest regulations and best practices, and to deal with any disputes or grievances that may arise across the crew.
- Knowledge of ADNOC Offshore requirements preferred.
- Candidates should have worked in similar position for period of 3 – 5 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Familiarity with crew management software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
