Senior Manager Compliance Corporate Governance - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Support the Vice President Compliance in developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Monitor compliance policies and procedures across business units to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with investigations teams to review investigation outcomes and implement corrective measures that strengthen compliance monitoring and training programs.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on emerging regulatory requirements, compliance risks, and governance best practices.
• Oversee the development and delivery of compliance training, awareness initiatives, and ethics programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Security departments to ensure consistent governance and ethics practices.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and prepare compliance dashboards, reports, and presentations for regulators, auditors, and executive committees.
• Lead and mentor a team of compliance and investigation professionals, promoting capability development and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, monitoring systems, and internal control frameworks.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory investigations, or governance roles.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner, Compliance Management certifications, or business ethics qualifications are preferred.
• Experience conducting internal investigations related to misconduct, regulatory issues, or compliance breaches.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in the Middle East and North Africa region.
• Proven ability to deliver compliance training and influence senior stakeholders on governance matters.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
