- Define and execute marketing strategies to position CHC products effectively across Gulf markets
- Own brand P&L, ensuring all decisions are driven by ROI and commercial impact
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and market share
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, E-Commerce, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical teams
- Evaluate new product launch opportunities and build strong business cases
- Develop marketing platforms and initiatives to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement
- Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Track and analyse brand performance, providing insights for business reviews
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) is required
- FMCG experience will be considered only if relevant to health, wellness, or personal care categories
- Strong experience in OTC categories (e.g., vitamins, minerals, personal care such as shampoos) with exposure to pharmacy/retail channels
- Proven track record in managing brands and driving growth across regional markets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing brand P&L
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
