Define and execute marketing strategies to position CHC products effectively across Gulf marketsOwn brand P&L, ensuring all decisions are driven by ROI and commercial impactLead and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and market shareCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, E-Commerce, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical teamsEvaluate new product launch opportunities and build strong business casesDevelop marketing platforms and initiatives to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagementManage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environmentTrack and analyse brand performance, providing insights for business reviewsEnsure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policiesProfile
Minimum 6 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) is requiredFMCG experience will be considered only if relevant to health, wellness, or personal care categoriesStrong experience in OTC categories (e.g., vitamins, minerals, personal care such as shampoos) with exposure to pharmacy/retail channelsProven track record in managing brands and driving growth across regional marketsStrong commercial acumen with experience managing brand P&LAbility to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldJob OfferThe role offers a competitive salary and standard UAE benefits.
