Scrum & Agile Facilitation Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering transparency, focus, and continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile principles, self management, and cross functional collaboration. Impediment Removal & Flow Optimization Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments, including dependencies across engineering, testing, UL compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain partners. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to escalate and resolve systemic issues impacting team flow and predictability. Product & Stakeholder Partnership Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment to Global Data Center Segment objectives, including safety, scalability, and reliability expectations. Act as a bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders, enabling clear communication and shared understanding of delivery commitments. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Promote the use of Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, sprint goals) to enable data driven improvement without fostering a command and control culture. Scaling & Enterprise Agility Support coordination across multiple teams or workstreams contributing to Gray Space UL deliverables. Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with demonstrated ability to apply them pragmatically in enterprise settings. Experience working with the data center or IT industry at senior levels. Experience working with cross functional global teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations. Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) preferred. Experience supporting data centers, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or regulated product development preferred.
