The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Developments is looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across industrial facilities and project sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, and the flexibility to work across different locations as required.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:Repair electrical components including alternators, AVR, wiring systems, and control panelsAssist in generator testing and commissioning after repairDiagnose electrical faults in equipment and systemsIdentify issues in charging systems, starter motors, sensors, and control circuitsCarry out repairs to restore equipment to proper working conditionSupport breakdown jobs and ensure quick response and repairAssist in troubleshooting generator control panelsSupport basic synchronization panel checks under supervisionReplace faulty components such as relays, contactors, and switchesFollow all electrical safety procedures and workshop rulesReport faults, parts used, and completed work to the supervisorRequired Skills & QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in ElectricalMinimum 3-5 years of experience in generator maintenance and repairGood knowledge of diesel generator electrical systemsAbility to read basic electrical diagramsStrong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skillsFamiliarity with electrical tools and testing equipmentAbility to work under pressure during breakdown situationsGood teamwork and communication skillsDepartment Workshop - Heavy Machinery Locations SharjahContact Talent Acquisition Officer - Recruitment DepartmentAbout Al Marwan GroupFounded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.Founded in 1978 careersite--jobs--form-overlay#showFormOverlay">Apply for this job jobs--overlay#unobserveClickOutside common--modal:closed-
