- Manage complex cranial neurosurgical conditions including brain tumors, traumatic brain injuries, vascular malformations, hydrocephalus, and skull-base disorders
- Perform advanced microsurgical and minimally invasive cranial procedures using modern surgical technologies
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences involving neurology, intensive care, oncology, radiology, and rehabilitation specialists
- Oversee comprehensive preoperative assessment, surgical planning, intraoperative strategy, and postoperative management
- Maintain adherence to international patient safety, clinical governance, and quality standards
- Contribute to morbidity and mortality reviews, audit programs, and optimization of neurosurgical pathways
- Mentor junior neurosurgeons, residents, and allied health professionals
- Support clinical research, innovation initiatives, and evidence-based neurosurgical advancements
- Board Certification, CCT, FRCS in Neurosurgery, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialty training experience with significant focus on cranial neurosurgery
- Demonstrated expertise in high-acuity neurosurgical cases and complex cranial procedures
- Experience in tertiary or academic medical centers preferred
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration capabilities
