- Provide immediate medical care to pediatric patients in emergency settings
- Diagnose and manage acute conditions including trauma, respiratory distress, and critical illnesses
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, airway management, and chest drainage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the emergency department
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultant-level emergency care
- Western-trained background preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
