  • Perform risk & control identification, analysis, assessment, response, and monitoring for all ITD units as per GOFRM (Group Operational & Fraud Risk Management) mandates covering Risk and Control Self-Assessment; Key Indicators; Issue & Action Management; Risk Acceptance & Escalation; Polices & Procedures Product Programs; Quality Assurance & IT Control; Fraud Risk Management; Development, Training, Awareness & Risk Culture.
  • Log incidents, issues/ actions, and map to corresponding risks. Follow up for updates till closure.
  • Measure and report results of key risk indicators.
  • Assess the risks identified during new enhancements in the existing and new IT systems and provide a complete report to senior management.
  • Anticipate/identify, communicate/escalate, and recommend resolution of technology risk management initiative status and issues & actions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
  • Deep understanding of information technology risk management
  • Understanding of emerging technologies
  • Understanding of Operational Risk Management
