As Head of Performance, you will:

Own the overall performance strategy across paid media, growth, and conversion
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team
Set performance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices across clients
Partner closely with leadership, strategy, and creative teams to drive results
Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, translating data into actionable insights
Stay ahead of performance trends, platforms, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading performance marketing at agency or high-growth environments
Strong background across paid media, growth, analytics, and optimization
Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
Commercial mindset with a focus on impact and accountability
Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
