- Supports in the training needs analysis, in line with the approved organizational strategy, its applications for each function, growth plans and future capability requirements.
- Supports in the execution of the learning strategy for all employees with and provides program management support for all courses rolled out in the company.
- Implements on-the-job training techniques and methods in the organization to enable experiential learning among employees.
- Executes learning policies and processes including a Mandatory Learning Curriculum.
- Establishes and operates evaluation and follow-up processes to measure and document the quality and effectiveness of training content, trainers, methods employed etc. in an objective manner and to undertake actions, wherever needed.
- Implements internal certifications for key roles (including capability definition, assessment, development, and accreditation).
- Supports the implementation of learning and growth systems, platforms, tools.
- Ensures that e-learning services within the organization are implemented and usage reported regularly.
- Executes the education sponsorship programme.
- perform any other duties outside the scope as and when require.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field or relevant subject.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development/Human Resources
