Job Position: JPC – 3992 Sales & Services AdvisorLocation: DubaiExperience: 2 to 5YearsRequired Qualification: Bachelor’s degreeLanguage Proficiency: English and ArabicEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To source & facilitate home finance applications for the entire onboarding journey of the customer.
  • Responsible to close customer complaints and ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
  • To identify business development opportunities to increase sales
  • To ensure all correct and accurate information has been communicated to the customers. There should not be any instances of mis-sell, or incorrect information given to clients.
RequiredSales & Customer Service ExperienceReal Estate Market Knowledge and working experienceHome Finance Banking experience preferredKnowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries
