This role supports dealership operations by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and facilitating timely collections. It plays a key role in strengthening financial controls, supporting audits, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicle invoicing and ensure pricing and documentation accuracy before processing
  • Coordinate with credit control teams for customer deals and verify required documentation
  • Maintain complete sales and financial documentation for timely collections and compliance
  • Issue gate passes and process invoice cancellations in line with company policies
  • Verify bank transfers and post receipts accurately in ERP systems
  • Monitor petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and daily collections
  • Track cheque clearances, bounced payments, and customer refunds
  • Perform periodic cash counts and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
  • Support financial reporting, cost tracking, and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely recovery of outstanding invoices
  • Assist in internal audits, implement recommendations, and highlight process gaps
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in branch accounting or dealership finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Experience in invoicing, cash management, and receivables tracking
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
