Share captivating stories, anecdotes, and historical facts to bring destinations to life and deepen travelers' understanding of local culture and heritage.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring the safety and comfort of tour participants.
Manage logistics and timing of tours, coordinating transportation, ticketing, and itinerary details to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences.
Stay informed about local events, attractions, and current affairs to enhance tour content and provide relevant recommendations to travelers.
Handle unexpected situations and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, prioritizing the well-being of guests and maintaining composure under pressure.
Foster positive relationships with local partners, vendors, and tourism organizations to enhance the quality and diversity of tour offerings.
Requirements:Passion for travel, history, and cultural exploration.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Knowledge of local history, landmarks, and points of interest.
Friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
