Associate Telecom Engineer ITS and Telecommunications Infrastructure Projects - Parsons Corporation - Dubai UAE

• Assist senior telecom engineers in supervising telecommunications and ITS construction activities across infrastructure projects
• Support the review of telecom design documents including shop drawings, calculations, method statements, and technical submittals
• Participate in site inspections for telecom ducting systems, fiber optic cabling installations, telecom cabinets, and telecom equipment rooms
• Assist in monitoring contractor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and engineering standards
• Support testing and commissioning activities for telecom systems including fiber optic networks, voice, video, and data communication systems
• Assist in integration of active and passive telecommunications systems within infrastructure projects
• Maintain site documentation including inspection reports, site photographs, and technical records
• Coordinate with CAD teams and project documentation teams for telecom drawings and project documentation updates
• Support the preparation and maintenance of telecom engineering documentation and technical reports

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Zero to two years of experience in telecommunications engineering or infrastructure projects
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background in telecom or communications engineering are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of telecommunications systems, structured cabling, and ELV infrastructure
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks and telecom testing concepts is advantageous
