- Assist with day to day operations of the HR Functions and Duties.
- Compile and Update Employee Records (Hard and Soft Copies).
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR manager.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Maintain good communication between the management and its 'employees.
- Tack human resource system.
- Conduct and design HR forms and letters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Gender: Female / Arabic Speaker
- Two years' experience in the HR field.
- Flexible approach and excellent communication skills.
- A positive working outlook and be a great leader.
- Excellent coordination and organizing skills needed.
- Professional level of English, verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional level of working with Microsoft Office.
