Senior Architectural Inspector - Construction Supervision - AECOM - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Monitor architectural works to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications and inspection plans
• Coordinate with Senior Architectural Engineer and project managers to address site-related technical matters
• Review contractor shop drawings and submissions to identify potential design or compliance issues
• Inspect architectural finishes, building components and structural elements for quality and conformity
• Maintain detailed daily site diaries, progress reports and photographic records
• Issue non-conformance reports and support corrective action implementation
• Ensure contractor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans and contract requirements
• Liaise with contractors and relevant authorities to expedite approvals and NOCs
• Participate in final inspections, snagging processes and project handover activities
• Monitor HSE compliance during architectural installations and report any safety concerns
• Perform inspections and material approvals in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in construction supervision, including at least 5 years in the UAE
• Strong background in architectural projects within consultancy environments
• Experience inspecting finishes, façade systems and architectural components
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements and quality standards
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications and method statements
