- Monitor architectural works to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications and inspection plans
- Coordinate with Senior Architectural Engineer and project managers to address site-related technical matters
- Review contractor shop drawings and submissions to identify potential design or compliance issues
- Inspect architectural finishes, building components and structural elements for quality and conformity
- Maintain detailed daily site diaries, progress reports and photographic records
- Issue non-conformance reports and support corrective action implementation
- Ensure contractor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans and contract requirements
- Liaise with contractors and relevant authorities to expedite approvals and NOCs
- Participate in final inspections, snagging processes and project handover activities
- Monitor HSE compliance during architectural installations and report any safety concerns
- Perform inspections and material approvals in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in construction supervision, including at least 5 years in the UAE
- Strong background in architectural projects within consultancy environments
- Experience inspecting finishes, façade systems and architectural components
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements and quality standards
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications and method statements
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Effective coordination and communication with multidisciplinary project teams
