Marine Project Operations Manager - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Supervise end-to-end marine project execution including loadout, sea-fastening, transport and cargo discharge operations
• Coordinate with masters, chief officers and marine operations teams to ensure vessel readiness for project deployment
• Review and validate stowage plans, stability calculations, sea-fastening drawings, towage plans and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with marine standards, class and flag requirements applicable to deck carrier and heavy lift operations
• Act as primary client contact during execution phases, providing progress updates and managing operational expectations
• Conduct feasibility studies, route assessments and port capability evaluations for project planning
• Review technical documentation from logistics providers, shipowners and offshore contractors
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and international maritime safety regulations
• Lead toolbox talks, readiness reviews and incident investigations for marine operations
• Prepare execution reports, daily logs and completion summaries while monitoring schedules and cost performance
• Identify operational risks, propose mitigation strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with commercial and technical teams to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine operations, offshore logistics or heavy lift transport projects
• Strong knowledge of vessel stability, sea-fastening, chartering and maritime compliance standards
• Experience with offshore logistics, port operations and complex multimodal transport chains
• Familiarity with BIMCO clauses and international shipping practices
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel for port calls and project supervision
