  • Lead end-to-end media planning including agency briefing, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Oversee paid media buying across META, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic platforms, and out of home channels
  • Monitor media performance, budget pacing, spend reconciliation, and campaign return on investment
  • Consolidate multi-channel performance data into structured dashboards for leadership reporting
  • Manage brand social media presence in collaboration with social media agencies, ensuring consistent tone and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Approve content calendars and oversee always-on and campaign-based social activity
  • Evaluate engagement, reach, views, audience growth, and conversion metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Ensure correct ad operations including tagging, tracking pixels, and compliance with platform policies
  • Collaborate with merchandising, buying, digital marketing, and brand principals to align campaigns with commercial priorities
  • Stay updated on evolving media trends and proactively recommend innovative approaches to improve performance
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7 or more years of experience in brand marketing, media planning, or integrated marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing media buying and social media agencies
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel media strategies including OOH campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and convert insights into action plans
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
