- Regional Sales Leadership: Lead and manage all CX sales activities across the region. Define and execute a regionally tailored go-to-market strategy that addresses varied customer needs and market maturity levels.
- Growth Acceleration: Drive aggressive growth in cloud subscription revenue, services, and customer base by leveraging SAP’s CX portfolio. Build an integrated and scalable sales strategy across cloud, hybrid, and partner-led models.
- Localization & Adaptation: Adapt global CX programs to regional realities—navigating diverse regulatory, technological, and economic environments—and ensure localization of solutions where necessary to support industries such as public sector, retail, energy, and telco.
- Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Strengthen and expand a high-performing partner ecosystem across the region, particularly in countries where SAP does not maintain a direct presence. Ensure strong collaboration and enablement strategies with local and regional partners.
- Talent Development: Attract, mentor, and develop a diverse and culturally attuned sales leadership bench across the region. Build succession plans and elevate local talent through coaching and structured growth paths.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as an executive sponsor to strategic regional customers. Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across both mature and emerging markets.
- Forecasting & Execution Excellence: Own and drive regional pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales execution excellence. Ensure disciplined opportunity management, predictable revenue generation, and strong governance processes.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to define strategy and execute at pace, with consistent performance against revenue and growth objectives in complex, multi-country markets.
- Cultural Dexterity & Regional Acumen: Deep understanding of the market landscape—including business culture, buying behaviors, and regional challenges. Experience navigating both high-growth and frontier markets.
- Influence & Collaboration: Strong ability to influence internally and externally, aligning with regional development, marketing, and partner teams. Adept at managing matrixed organizations and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Team Leadership: Track record of building diverse and inclusive teams across geographies. Proven ability to inspire, retain, and elevate sales professionals across varied cultural and market contexts.
- Customer Obsession: Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated history of creating customer value, solving complex challenges, and delivering measurable business outcomes through digital transformation.
- Solution Expertise: Deep familiarity with CX solutions (e.g., CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, service, and commerce technologies), preferably within SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
- 15+ years in enterprise software or technology services, with 5+ years leading large regional sales teams.
- Demonstrated success growing market share and revenue across diverse, high-growth, and emerging markets, particularly in the Middle East and Africa.
- Proven track record of building and executing a hybrid go-to-market model, including direct sales, partner-led approaches, and cloud-centric business models.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural environments, preferably within global technology vendors.
- Evidence of transformational leadership, including scaling teams, turning around underperforming markets, or establishing operations in greenfield countries.
