Service Engineer – UAE

• Commissioning/Maintenance of all kinds of water and wastewater treatment plants, technologies such as Clarifiers, Filtration, Softeners,

• Coordination with the engineering team for the BOQ requirement for the erection & commissioning.

• Client management and understanding the priority and expectation of the client and satisfying the same for the good will of the company.

• Analysis of water parameters .

• Project execution/0 & Maintenance - Water/Wastewater/STP/TSE

• Plant equipment installation with reference to P&ID, Piping Layout, and Isometric Drawings.

• Raising RFI & coordinating with the consultant for the approval upon the completion of Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

• Coordinate with client regarding site readiness to commerce installation activities.

• Optimize the plant performance to the designed commitment .

• Diagnosing & providing recommendation in process-oriented issues.

• Preparation of Method statement, checklist, TRAfor installation,

• Generating monthly O&M, AMC Services report, monthly production

• Surveying and submitting report of the actual/as built site condition with recommendation to sales team prior to bidding.

• On site-Apply & close the work permit .

• Liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors and our suppliers

• Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitor activities.

• Monitoring/evaluating performance and maintaining effective monitoring report.

• Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas:- cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment,

• Carrying out flushing work and supervising the same.
