We are working with a leading infrastructure organization that is strengthening its internal communication and employee engagement strategy across multiple entities.They are looking for an Internal Communications Manager who can build, manage, and execute internal communication initiatives in a structured yet fast-evolving environment.This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who has worked both in-house and within a communications/marketing agency.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing all internal communication channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organization.You will work closely with leadership and different departments, reporting directly to the Head of Communications.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the internal communication strategy
  • Create and manage employee communication content (announcements, newsletters, emails, intranet content)
  • Support leadership communication (messages, updates, key initiatives)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms
  • Plan and manage internal campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with HR and leadership on employee engagement programs
  • Manage internal communication calendars and timelines
  • Gather feedback and measure effectiveness of communication initiatives
  • Ensure communication aligns with organizational values and transformation goals
Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in internal communications
  • Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly preferred
  • Experience in large organizations, infrastructure, or government-linked entities is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a standalone role

  • Creative approach to communication
Language & Preference
  • English: Required
  • Arabic: Preferred
  • UAE Nationals (Emirati): Preferred
