Group Manager Internal Communications - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy supporting enterprise-wide group functions including Compliance, Operations, Audit, Legal, Sustainability, HSE, Technology, Finance, Security, and Procurement
• Partner with Group and Regional Internal Communications leadership to plan and deliver enterprise internal communication campaigns
• Advise senior leaders on employee engagement, messaging effectiveness, and communication best practices
• Ensure internal communications reinforce DP World culture, employee value proposition, and strategic objectives
• Design and deliver global employee engagement campaigns that build understanding and alignment across enterprise functions
• Equip enterprise leaders with structured communication toolkits, playbooks, talking points, and Q and A materials
• Create consistent messaging frameworks and digital content strategies to support scalable internal communications
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure engagement, reach, and effectiveness of communication initiatives
• Lead employee listening initiatives and apply insights to continuously improve communication impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support major business initiatives with targeted internal communications

• Minimum seven years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications within a large organization
• Proven experience supporting enterprise function leaders with strategic communication initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale employee engagement campaigns
• Strong background in developing communication frameworks, playbooks, and best practice guidelines
• Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex corporate environment
