- Supervise daily factory production activities for aluminum and facade systems including windows, doors, and curtain wall assemblies
- Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on site requirements, project timelines, and material availability
- Review approved shop drawings before fabrication to ensure compliance with current revisions and system specifications
- Monitor fabrication processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to engineering drawings and production standards
- Enforce quality control procedures and ensure fabrication meets international system standards for aluminum profiles and hardware installation
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of aluminum profiles, glass panels, and facade hardware components
- Monitor factory productivity levels and implement measures to reduce material wastage and improve efficiency
- Supervise factory technicians, fabricators, and production supervisors ensuring proper task allocation and safety compliance
- Maintain production documentation including daily reports, progress summaries, and quality inspection records
- Record rejection logs and analyze production issues to improve manufacturing performance
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience working in aluminum fabrication or facade manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of curtain wall systems, aluminum windows, doors, and facade installation components
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and fabrication drawings before production
