Planning Engineer

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities within approved budget and timeline.
• Experience working in Substation Projects is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).

• Prepare baseline project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Define activity sequencing, logic links, and relationships.
• Assign activity durations, resources, and cost loading.
• Identify critical path and milestone dates.
• Update and maintain project schedule on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Track site progress and compare with baseline schedule.
• Conduct delay analysis and identify slippages.
• Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
• Monitor critical activities and resource allocation.
• Analyze float consumption and schedule risks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Generate S-curves (planned vs actual progress).
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week).
• Submit progress dashboards and KPI reports to management.
• Maintain schedule revisions and change records.
