Senior Delegate Sales Manager

• Drive Revenue & Own Performance: Take full ownership of senior-level delegate sales targets, generating new business and maximizing revenue from both new and existing clients across global markets.
• Lead & Influence the Team: Act as a senior figure within the sales team - mentoring colleagues, supporting complex negotiations, and sharing best practices to elevate overall team performance.
• Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and win new clients outside existing databases, expanding the customer base through a consultative, high-conversion sales approach.
• Manage Strategic Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for high-value and complex client engagements.
• Leverage Market Insight & Collaboration: Use market intelligence, data, and cross-team collaboration (marketing, sales, events) to refine targeting strategies, improve campaigns, and ensure strong client engagement before, during, and after events.
