Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide operational support to the sales team
- Handle customer orders, quotations, and pricing processes accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Track sales leads, follow up effectively, and assist in converting leads into business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, documentation, and presentations for management review
- Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment processes
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting sales operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales documentation processes
