Conduct regular structural integrity audits of ADNOC Drilling offshore and onshore assets to evaluate safety and compliance.
Identify potential risks related to structural failures or abnormal asset behavior and recommend corrective actions.
Provide expert technical advice to business managers when structural integrity issues are identified.
Participate in incident investigations related to structural systems and determine root causes.
Support business units by providing structural engineering guidance and technical recommendations.
Review and ensure compliance with industry codes, engineering standards, and asset integrity management procedures.
Monitor inspection and maintenance activities to ensure correct implementation of testing and structural inspection programs.
Support project and operations teams by providing structural engineering expertise for major projects.
Review management of change requests related to structural systems and define additional integrity requirements when necessary.
Approve continued operation of equipment with structural deficiencies while implementing necessary safety controls.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to review technical specifications, scopes of work, and tender documentation.
Participate in contractor technical evaluations and endorse recommendations for contract awards.
Track and ensure timely closure of integrity-related deficiencies and corrective actions.
Represent ADNOC Drilling at technical forums, conferences, and industry meetings related to structural integrity management.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of rig structures, offshore equipment, structural materials, and integrity management systems.
Experience performing structural inspections, audits, and integrity risk assessments.
Ability to coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and technical stakeholders across large operational assets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on asset safety and reliability.
