• Lead the launch and operational setup of new lending products, including underwriting workflows and loan booking processes
• Translate high-level transformation frameworks into executable use cases and structured workflows
• Define and steer cross-functional transformation programs, resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies
• Partner with technology teams to align commercial requirements with digital platforms and loan management systems
• Drive business analytics using advanced Excel modeling to identify revenue opportunities and process inefficiencies
• Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and turnaround time
• Optimize financial workflows to improve straight-through processing and reduce loan approval cycles

• 7 or more years of experience in consumer finance, retail banking, fintech, or lending environments
