- Prepare and set up AV equipment for conferences, weddings, banquets, and entertainment programs
- Operate and manage sound systems, projectors, video walls, lighting systems, video conferencing tools, and digital displays
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and inventory checks of AV equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site to ensure smooth event delivery
- Coordinate with event planners, banquet managers, and guests to understand AV needs and provide professional assistance
- Support integration of AV with IT systems, including IPTV, background music, and in-room technology
- Maintain records of AV usage, equipment performance, and repair logs
- Ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and well-organized for daily operations
- Diploma or certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of proven AV experience in hotels, resorts, or event venues
- Proficiency with mixers, amplifiers, microphones, projectors, LED screens, and stage lighting systems
- Hands-on knowledge of video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Webex
- Familiarity with AV over IP, wireless presentation systems, and IT system integration is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
