This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About the RoleTo maintain and carry out repairs on all filtration and plant room equipment related to water quality to ensure that operations can be maintained all year around throughout the Royal Atlantis property.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment in Pump House for water features such as Filter back washes, Compressors, Ozone Generator, Oxygen Generator, Foam Fractionators, Filter Modules Pumps etc.
- Daily Pool Safety Inspections, vacuuming, cleaning, on a day-to-day basis
- Good communication with internal and external customers (Guest)
- Defender media filter operation
- Repair all kinds of pump mechanism
- Installation of Pipes and Pipe Fittings.
- Monitor all pumping systems operations.
- Participating in the periodic preventive & emergency maintenance.
- Maintain and operate all kinds of water filtration system.
- Maintain cleanliness of mechanical room, storage rooms, electrical and boiler rooms.
- Operate and maintain the boilers.
- Handling the water quality Parameters chemicals such as chlorine, PH, Cyanuric acid, alkalinity, calcium hardness, LSI etc.
- Maintain and record the water quality parameters at designated record books as directed.
- Maintain the clean environment at plant room, pumps and machinery.
- Water Analysis.
- Any other tasked requested by superiors relevant to water quality.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Plumbing or a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience.
- Experienced with 5 Star Hotels, Water Theme Parks and Facility Management Services etc.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Certified Pool Operator, (desirable - must complete with probationary period).
- Must be able to swim.
