- Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle of companies, from initial engagement till companies are fully functional on the platform.
- Guide companies through onboarding requirements, documentation, data submission, and platform configuration.
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded companies during the onboarding phase.
- Configure and maintain company profiles, service listings, and operational details on the platform.
- Coordinate internally with product, technical, compliance, and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Monitor onboarding pipelines, track progress, and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Support ongoing operational management of onboarded companies post-activation, as required.
- Ensure onboarding is conducted in compliance with platform policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Validate company information related to logistics services, warehousing, transport, and trade-related offerings.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, dashboards, and reporting for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics service providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and related entities.
- Educate onboarded companies on platform features, operating models, and service expectations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders where required (e.g., regulatory bodies, industry partners).
- 3-6 years of experience in onboarding, partner operations, platform operations, or marketplace management.
- Proven experience managing company onboarding for a digital platform, marketplace, or B2B service environment.
- Hands-on experience handling operational onboarding workflows and managing multiple onboarding cases in parallel.
- Experience working with external companies, vendors, or service providers in a structured onboarding environment.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, or transport services.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes, trade documentation, or regulatory requirements related to logistics and cargo.
- Experience working with government, semi-government, or regulated platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital platform / marketplace onboarding models.
- Good working knowledge of supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics services, and transport ecosystems.
- Familiarity with customs clearance concepts, trade documentation, and compliance processes is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage structured processes while handling multiple stakeholders.
