- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric hematologic and oncologic conditions including leukemias, lymphomas, solid tumors, anemias, and bleeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care including chemotherapy planning, supportive care, and survivorship follow-up
- Monitor treatment response and manage complications, adjusting care plans as required
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric surgery, radiology, pathology, intensive care, and nursing
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and prognostic information clearly and compassionately to patients and families
- Provide emotional and psychological support throughout the treatment journey
- Participate in tumor boards, departmental meetings, and educational programs
- Stay current with research advancements and incorporate best practices into clinical care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient medical records
- Medical degree with specialty training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
- UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification
- Valid eligibility or licensure to practice in the UAE
- Minimum 5 years consultant-level experience in pediatric hematology and oncology
- Strong knowledge of modern treatment protocols and medical technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
