  • Deliver expert care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
  • Perform advanced procedures including mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and invasive monitoring
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress closely
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare teams
  • Lead multidisciplinary care coordination for complex medical and surgical cases
  • Mentor junior physicians and contribute to clinical education programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain international care standards
  • Engage in clinical research and continuous professional development activities
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution
  • Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
  • Western training from USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent is mandatory
  • 3-5 years of post-board experience in a consultant PICU role
  • Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Eligible for DHA consultant licensure in Dubai
