- Deliver expert care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
- Perform advanced procedures including mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and invasive monitoring
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress closely
- Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare teams
- Lead multidisciplinary care coordination for complex medical and surgical cases
- Mentor junior physicians and contribute to clinical education programs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain international care standards
- Engage in clinical research and continuous professional development activities
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Western training from USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent is mandatory
- 3-5 years of post-board experience in a consultant PICU role
- Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
